Who We Are
A courtyard that vanished at sunset now holds shape and depth. A patio nobody used past seven becomes the place everyone ends up. Based in Scottsdale, we work with homeowners who care how the property feels after dark, not just how it functions.
We start by walking the property at night. Where light should graze stone, where a canopy should throw shadow across the deck, where sound should carry and where it should fall away. Lighting, audio, and LED systems follow that picture.
No templates, no shortcuts. Fixtures get aimed on site in the dark, speakers get tuned in the space they live in, and we leave when the property reads the way we promised it would.

Cashscapes is led by Tyler, a Scottsdale-based craftsman who built his reputation on precision work and a hands-on approach with every client. He is on site for the details that matter, from the first walkthrough to the final light aimed after dark.
